Just one quick update for today. On our last claim of the day we had such a delightful woman! She thanked us multiple times for coming and told us what a delight it was to meet us. Upon leaving she gave each of us a hug and told us to come back sometime. That was the first time we have ever been hugged by one of the insured, it brought a smile to both Ben and I and we left the day of work on a very high note.
Sometimes it's easy to forget how much we can bless others by a simple smile or friendly hello. Never miss opportunities to make someone else's day a little brighter!
